By reading and purchasing, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions for this event.
Registration Cancellation and Substitutions
Tickets are non refundable. Once purchased there are no refunds. You may exchange your ticket into another's name if you wish to do so, this will be your responsibility to arrange this. If changing your ticket into another person’s name, you will need to notify Harmony Jade High Performance Coaching with 1 weeks notice from the event so changes can be made.
We reserve the right to cancel your registration or refuse access to the event.
Payment
When registering for our events you have the option to select credit card payment via our online platform. Payment must be received at the time of purchasing your ticket.,. All payments are to be made in the correct currency per the event (AUD).
Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold Harmony Jade High Performance Coaching and its subsidiaries harmless against any and all loss, liability, damage, costs, expense, claims, injury, proceedings and actions arising out of any negligent act or omission of client or their representatives; including any breach of these terms and conditions.Harmony Jade High Performance Coaching cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
Harmony Jade High Performance Coaching are not liable for damages due to technical malfunctions that may occur. We bear no responsibility if it is necessary to exchange, cancel, modify or postpone an event due to an unforeseen event, including, but not limited to, armed conflict, civil unrest, terrorist threats, natural disasters, severe weather, significant influence on transport.
Organisers’ Changes
We strive to deliver all of our events as scheduled. However, in certain cases an event may need to be canceled or rescheduled - for example, due to low delegate numbers, pandemic, unforeseen crisis,, or when a situation arises which, according to Harmony Jade High Performance Coaching, may pose a threat to our participants - when this occurs the following applies:
- If the event is canceled without rescheduled dates, you have the opportunity to take part in a similar event organized by us within a period of 12 months. If you do not wish to switch your participation to another event, we will refund the event participation fee in full.
- If the event is rescheduled we will automatically assign your participation to the new event date. Cancellation of your participation as a result of the rescheduled dates will not be possible unless it is demonstrably unreasonable for you to make the rescheduled date. Under these circumstances, we offer to transfer your participation, and associated fee, to another conference within a period of 12 months. Should we be culpable for the reason to reschedule, your participant fee will be refunded in full.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of an event, Harmony Jade High Performance Coaching are not liable for any further costs incurred by our customers in connection with their attendance, for example for travel and accommodation costs.
Liability for damages is excluded unless Harmony Jade High Performance Coaching is culpable for the reason the event was canceled.
Data Policy
By registering for an event, you agree that Harmony Jade High Performance Coaching will use your data to fulfill our contractual obligation towards you.. If this is the first time you are registering for an event with us, your details will be held on our internal database for ongoing communication and future event notifications..
Photography and Videos
We plan to take photographs and video material at the event and use them on our social media, website and other marketing material.. By participating in this event, you grant us the right to use the photographs and video footage for such purposes. If you would like any photos or videos you appear in once the event it completed, please ask our team to provide these to you. All photos and videos become the property of Harmony Jade High Performance Coaching.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a harassment-free environment for all attendees. We reserve the right to remove any attendees from the event who are engaged in offensive, threatening or inappropriate behavior. If you believe you are experiencing unacceptable behavior inside of the event, please let us know immediately.
